We're Driven By Safety
We keep up to date on safety codes, news and multi-jurisdictional regulations. We’re also a proud supporter and participant in the Partners in Injury Reduction Program (PIR).
In the workplace, each supervisor is trained and certified by ‘Leadership for Safety Excellence’, an Alberta Construction Safety Associations program. In the field, our trusted foremen closely mentor our workers. It is their constant feedback and commitment to an efficient and safe worksite that keeps budgets in line and deliverables on time.

Our objective, is to provide our staff and contractors with the knowledge and training needed to safely work in an environment free from hazards and to achieve an incident and injury free workforce, while minimizing our environmental impact.
Hazard & Risk Management
Our regular risk assessments and hazard identification processes allow for the implementation of effective controls and reduce the likelihood of incidents.
Continuous Improvement
Learning from near misses or incidents and conducting regular safety audits contribute to our evolving and adaptive safety program.
Reporting and Communication
Our open and transparent communication channels play an essential role in reporting incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
